DREAM act debate?

The DREAM act is basically an act that give illegal aliens the opportunity for an education and temporary citizenship, in case you didn’t know. (I know, it’s didn’t pass in congress and it’s kind of a dead topic. But, I still have to debate it.)
Okay, well, I have to debate this week on the DREAM act. And, I’ll be the Negative team, meaning that we will be against the DREAM act.
But, my teacher is really big on using quotes at the beginning of speeches- quotes from famous people that we can apply to the situation.
So, basically, what I’m asking is for a well-known quote that I can use as the Negative. Please, no dumb answers. =]
Thanks!

“We must reject the idea that every time a law’s broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.” Ronald Reagan

There was a really good quote by Barack Obama, stating that he voted against the Dream Act because it punished the students who weren’t illegal immigrants. You’ll have to go find that – but it fits your team and is certainly timely.

There are lots of great quote websites that will search by topic.
